Agricultural feedstock,
engineered to spec.

Every pellet begins as certified non-GMO corn starch (Zea mays L.) and sugarcane fiber, sourced from USDA-verified suppliers within 400 miles of our compounding facility. Feedstock purity is tested at intake — moisture content, particle size distribution, and ash content logged against each batch certificate.

Precision compounding
at 185°C.

Feedstock enters our twin-screw compounding extruder where three independently controlled heating zones bring the resin to processing temperature. Proprietary coupling agents are metered in at Zone 2, creating the polymer chain architecture that delivers melt flow behavior identical to LDPE and HDPE grades your lines already run.

Same pellet geometry.
Different destiny.

Finished pellets exit the strand pelletizer at 3.0 × 2.5 mm — within ±0.15 mm of standard polyolefin pellet geometry. Bulk density is tuned to 0.62 g/cm³ so your gravimetric feeders and blending systems require zero recalibration. Gaylord boxes are filled by weight, vacuum-sealed, and nitrogen-purged before shipping.

Every format your
line already runs.

Polymer BioResin™ processes identically to conventional polyolefins across all major forming methods. Food service clamshells, retail rigid trays, barrier films, and cast sheet — the same pellet, the same line, the same cycle time. Your retail partners' compostable SKU mandates become a specification change, not a capital project.
